Tank replacement LRA 89L Toyota 4 Runner LN130 VZN130 KZN130 RN130

The replacement tank LRA is designed for the Toyota 4Runner LN130, RN130, LN130 and KZN130. Installed on the right side of the driveshaft, it replaces the original tank and increases the fuel capacity to 89 litres while maintaining the original fill point.

This configuration allows for increased onboard capacity without the addition of an auxiliary tank. The tank is integrated into the location provided by LRAHowever, it requires modification of the exhaust system, including replacement of the muffler. This modification is not included in the kit.

Since 1989, LONG RANGE AUTOMOTIVE designs and manufactures its tanks in Australia. Each model is developed for a specific vehicle application. The objective is to optimize the available volume while respecting the mechanical constraints of the chassis, filling, exhaust and transmission.

The reservoirs LRA They are made of 2mm T125CQ steel. They incorporate internal baffling to limit fuel movement, as well as an expansion chamber. Before being sold, they undergo pressure tests and several quality control checks. Tests are also carried out over dozens of kilometers of heavily degraded tracks. These tests verify the tank's resistance to vibrations, repeated twisting, impacts, and the stresses of prolonged off-road use.

The assembly time is estimated at approximately 5 hours. Installation requires modification of the exhaust system by replacing the muffler to allow for the integration of the tank.
